Access Appoints Traci Spero as Chief People Officer
Strategic leadership role positioned to accelerate talent initiatives, foster continued employee engagement and workplace culture, and support business growth
PEABODY, Mass., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Access, a global, privately-held integrated information management solutions provider, today announced that Traci Spero has joined the company as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Traci will lead Access' global people strategy - including talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement and development. She will also oversee workplace culture and related initiatives that support the company's continued growth and transformation.
Traci brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience spanning financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors. She has extensive expertise leading enterprise transformation, workforce strategy, organizational design, talent development, and mergers and acquisitions integration across complex and highly distributed organizations.
Most recently, Traci served as Head of Global Business Services Talent and Enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning at MassMutual, where she oversaw international HR operations and led strategic workforce planning initiatives supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Haven Technologies, where she built the company's strategic people function during a period of rapid growth and change and led the company's successful reintegration into MassMutual. Traci has also served in other senior HR positions for Canon Solutions America, Macy's and NYC Health + Hospitals.
